Donations, but NYE harbour party to go on

The Lord Mayor's office said yesterday the celebrations would not be changed in light of the tsunami tragedy in Asia. The City of Sydney had already pledged $50,000 to Oxfam's relief fund, and people would be encouraged to donate during tomorrow night's event.
