Brogden battle plan to raise billions for major projects

Over the past year or so we've heard endless complaining about state infastructure and lack of vision. At last we have some light at the end of the tunnel with NSW Opposition leader John Brogden who will outline his teams plan at a business lunch tomorrow. If elected, I'm confident this will lead the state rather than take it for granted as the current government does.
