Craig's List CEO hired via his ad on craigslist.org

Jim Buckmaster, president and CEO of Craig's List, describes his life. He started out so broke that lived without heat in Michigan (indoor temperatures in the 30s). Years later, a dot-com he worked for went bust. He posted his resume on craigslist.org and Craig Newmark hired him as a programmer. A year later he was promoted to prez/CEO.
