What Dame Edna Didn't Tell You
Dame Edna forgot to tell you all in her song in the closing ceremony is that what makes Melbourne so different to Sydney is that Melbourne people can't possibly admit that theres great places in this country outside of Melbourne. Sydney people on the other hand admit theres great places all over Australia .... including Melbourne.
Or did the song prove that already ?

All that glitters
Anyway, here they are, Sophie Edington, Jessicah Schipper, Leisel Jones, and Libby Lenton after their world record-braking win in the 4x100m medley relay.
Steadicam
The main purpose of the steadicam operator (apart from getting those gorgeous smooth Steadicam shots you see on the TV coverage) is to make photographers feel better about the gear they have to carry around. Try walking around with this baby strapped to you all day!
